My first time at Starbucks, ever! I am 70. I told the guy behind the counter. The nicest person. He asked me what I wanted? Told me where to order how to pay, where my food would be. He was outstanding. It's to late to call but I will to get his name so Starbucks can see the quality service he provided. The employee that was so helpful was Jonathan. Give him a raise!

The staff here are amazing. Very friendly, fast, and never mess my orders up. After MULTIPLE bad experiences at the local Dunkin, I think it's safe to say I've officially been converted to team Starbucks.

It reminds me of this other coffee place. I'll think of the name. They have them all over too. Same logo and everything. I just can't think of the name. You can probably Google it and find out but it's almost exactly like the other coffee shop that has the same logo. I believe they have the same menu too but I may be wrong.

They're pretty fast, especially when they have a large volume of customers coming in and out + mobile orders/Doordash or UberEats. They're very sweet and patient despite having so many orders to do in such a small amount of time!

I gave this Starbucks 4 stars because, while it's In a nice spot in downtown Scranton, in the mall, it's a pretty normal Starbucks that didn't do much to stand out in the ocean of Starbucks coffee stands everywhere else. The coffee was good and the espresso was strong, what else can a guy ask for!
