Despite being short staffed my experience was a good one overall. We were waiting maybe 10 minutes in all to place our order and receive it, which at 11am isn't unreasonable.
They have a standard menu with most items found at larger Jamba Juices, and the reward program works here too.
The drinks were a little grainy - likely due to the short staffing, but were still worth the money.
It's worth going, but if the queue is over 5 people I would go elsewhere unless they're fully staffed.
Came in for smoothie for lunch. Stefani was working and was able to answer my questions- would kale affect the taste of a strawberry smoothie?- and also answered other questions about which flavor I might like more. It's nice to have someone working who understands their product. I ended up with a Strawberry Swirl mixed with kale and pumpkin seeds (which, as Stefani said, didn't affect the taste but did add nutrients). Will definitely come back (my office is close by).
Iam a delivery person and when I arrived at Jamba I only had to wait 2 to 3 mins the order was all done 4 strawberry smoothies .The kind General Manager Christopher Gervais made sure the order was nice and cold and the order was double bagged with all their stickers
He cares and it shows..When I dropped off the order the kids were full of 😃 smiles ..thanks again Chris for the Great experience

Best juice and smoothies ever. Push your energy up consuming their juices. Reward program machine is not working yet here
It was an overall great experience especially because of this one employee I believe her name was Fernanda she was really helpful and friendly, would 100% recommend
