Oh yeah! This is a place you need to visit. Upscale, contemporary breakfast and lunch restaurant. Busy, yet not crowded. Ample space, with a varied menu of juices, egg dishes, griddle offerings. Nice decor, with eclectic decoration. Outdoor seating, if desired. Lots of windows, so it is not a dark hole in the wall.
Nice healthy options and standard fare (pancakes, bacon, etc.) for everyone. Coffee was really good. Ordered the Elote Mexican street hash. It tasted good, but the eggs were slightly overcooked. They rectified the situation and quickly cooked up some new eggs. The avocado toast with poached eggs was also good, as was the kale juice.
Wonderful place for breakfast. I took my grandchildren there this morning and we really enjoyed the food. We ordered the Chocolate chip pancakes, French toast and side of bacon. The food was delicious and service was friendly. We all agreed it was a place would visit again.
This time I ordered Truffled wild mushroom frittata from the seasonal menu. It was delightful with a bowl of fruit and ciabatta toast which was extremely salty. So don’t ignore that seasonal menu!
The coffee is always fresh brewed and water is filtered!
One other interesting fact is that they separate the bill by seat so splitting the check is a no brainer. Every restaurant should do the same.
The service was prompt and friendly, my food was delicious and it's a super cute place! I will definitely be returning!
I love first watch, don’t get me wrong. And that’s why I’m giving them 4 stars. If it was only about the food and ambience. However last time the service was questionable. I ordered something, was charged more than the menu stated and had to argue my way back to the menu price at the end. Not a great way to end a meal - hoping the restaurant can make up for it at our next visit. Otherwise a lovely place with well thought out menus.
Good food and good service. I've tried a couple of breakfast and lunch items and have enjoyed them all. However I do believe that the food is overpriced. For the area and the use of "higher quality" and organic ingredients, paying a bit more is probably to be expected, but the prices exclude this place from being a truly regular stop for me. It is tasty and there is a unique menu selection with a trendy health-conscious tilt. I've always had a very nice experience service-wise.
I do also like the updated decor from the previous restaurant in this location. It's much more open and comfortable!
The food is usually well made and staff is pleasant and welcoming. First Watch recently took over this location. This place was a "Good Egg" restaurant previously and since First Watch has taken the reigns several menu items have changed. Several unique choices, such as a healthy juice drink called "Day Glow" have been eliminated and several of these changes have lessened it's overall appeal. It's still a good place for morning breakfast or brunch, however I would have given this place five stars with it's previous menu and ambiance.
Absolutely fabulous. Well worth getting one of their morning juice bar drinks. We both got the specials and shared them.
they were delicious!!!!!! I am a chef and I highly recommend this breakfast place. I wish we had something like that in Evergreen Colorado. Anthony, the young man who served us was terrific. Helpful, polite, well groomed, and just as cute and sweet as could be
We are regulars there because the staff is so friendly and the food is delicious! If you want to eat out, but not feel guilty or like you've totally blown your diet, eat here. The portion sizes are perfect and everything is made with quality ingredients.
Bonus: the coffee is strong :)
