Service was quick and easy. I really enjoyed the perfectly toasted sandwich. Flavors were great. My wife got a smoothie and really enjoyed it as well. All together great experience, I will be coming again.
The sandwich was awesome! Turkey on toasted bread and cheese with all the fixings. Will definitely come back for more.

I love Potbelly. This specific location did not spare any chicken salad. The guy piled it on high. I always get the chicken salad sandwich and I’ve always been happy at every location from AZ to IL

Samuel was awesome. He was so engaging and helpful when I told him I haven't been in for awhile. My sandwich was made perfectly and the location was clean. Nice toasty fresh sandwich.
I have been going here for ten years. Its a great place however, there is significant inconsistency in the quality of the sandwiches depending on the time of day you arrive. I ordered 2 identical sandwiches today, one for lunch and one for dinner. The first won was fresh and delicious, the second one was too stale to chew, I got 1/3 the quantity of ingredients and the taste was off. I wish their evening crew would put the same effort in, and they would use fresh bread all day.
