Came in about half an hour before closing and most of the store was cleaned up and put away but the staff did not have any issue with helping us out. I had a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with cookies and cream ice cream. Tasted amazing 🤩 also the cookie was very fresh, still had some chocolate chips melting 🤌🏾 Other two orders were Brownie sundae with strawberry ice cream and a strawberry cheesecake waffle cone with sprinkles 👌🏾 no complaints just the heat melted the whip insanely fast 😂 Overall great experience, and have a wide variety to choose from on the menu (see photos).

Stopped in for ice cream. Ordered a cookie sandwich and love it. Lots of ice cream variety with toppings to choose from. Enjoyed the visit and would recommend.

Had an ice cream sandwich after going to OdySea. Great spot. So busy though with all the families dropping by here too. No seating. Not a huge deal but would have been nice. Cookies for the sandwich were likely baked that day...soft and yummy. Ice cream was creamy and not icy... hope that makes sense to ice cream peeps.

Got the ice cream sandwich with the cookies. The service was friendly and the facility is clean, I just would have liked if the cookies were moist. The stiffness of the cookies made it difficult to eat as an icecream sandwich, but it tasted good nonetheless!

Ice cream sandwiches live or die based on the baked goods in which they are conveyed, and The Frozen Penguin delivers. The cookies and brownies are tasty on their own, and combine well with the ice cream. Portions are big. Big.

We ordered ice cream sandwiches and they were very good. I was able to choose 2 different cookies, ice cream and toppings. My husband did a brownie and cookie combo and his was tasty as well. I recommend stopping by after your visit at the aquarium or nearby boardwalk attractions.

Birthday cake cookies and carrot cake are some of my favorite sweets so I was thrilled to find them here. Service was efficient and staff was great.

My sister and I checked out the Frozen Penguin after visiting the aquarium. I had the build your own ice cream cookie sandwich. To say the least... The sandwich was amazing! The staff was friendly and offered a few quality suggestions. Worth checking out if nothing else, to beat the heat.

The coffee ice cream was very good with an added bonus of gluten free cookies. The young lady that helped us was very sweet.

Best ice cream sandwiches I've ever had. Great location being in the OdySea aquarium and amazing service. The red haired girl helped me and she was super friendly and helpful. My favorite ice cream shop in Arizona by far.
