Great restaurant inside Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. The breakfast buffet is superb with wide varieties and lots of selections. There are so much good food that we didn't mind the fact that they're the only breakfast restaurant on property. You can have breakfast and enjoy the natural surroundings. It's a wonderful experience with the nature, with birds chirping and flying outside. This is a feature not a bug. If they don't want the nature they should go somewhere else.
We ate at this restaurant after going to the spa for a massage. The food was really good! We had the hummus and pimiento dip as an appetizer and then a flat bread and grilled cheese on noble bread for our entrees. Everything was fantastic. Just dropping it to four stars because our server disappeared for probably half an hour towards the end when we were trying to leave. Other than that, everything was great. We would definitely return and try some of their cocktails next time!
1st time in Scottsdale, AZ for a trip with husband's company. Arrived around noon, room not quite ready, so we opted to go ahead and eat lunch and they'd text us when it was ready. Ironwood is just 1 of many in this huge property, but only 2 were open at this hour. Beautifully decorated, open air seating inside or outside available. We had appetizer of hummus to start, and it was delicious 😋
Both of us opted for the Grilled Chicken Club with side of Ceasar salad. Our mistake was ordering 2. We could have shared one, as it was a whole chicken breast. Very flavorful, and the Pickles are great!

The Chicken Cavatelli is an exposion of flavor with satisfying texture. The Burger was just okay and not worth the price.
Christmas Eve & Christmas Day brunch were basically the same items, but very delicious. The Whipped Yogurt Parfait and Brulee'd Oatmeal were a couple of my personal favorites, along with the juice of the day. At $30 per person it is a bit pricey.
It was my first visit here at Scottsdale! Very impressive location!

This is the first time I went here post Covid, they have changed it to a counter service, however the server (Chandra) remembered me and my love of iced tea. She recommended the curry dish, which was simply amazing. I will be back to try more of the new menu.
Such a beautiful open air restaurant! Breakfast was delicious, I had the Local Omelet with fruit, and the waiter was very friendly and attentive. I'm looking forward to lunch there!
It was a holiday. The flavor was good. Wait staff was often absent. Two of our sides were forgotten. One of 3 childrens dishes was out over five minutes later than the others. Two of us ordered tha dame dish with different sides, but the entree.came out completely different. Beautiful atmosphere. Lovely dining setting.
Staff were great, the food was good, the only issue was specifically for our group, as we all wanted chicken wings and there's none on the menu! May not be a change that is possible but it's the only improvement I can offer! Great place in a great place.
