Fresh Mint

My mom and I eat here practically every week. We love their lunch specials! The staff is always prompt, professional, and friendly. I am a vegetarian, but my mom is not, and she still enjoys their menu options. No matter how busy they are, the food comes out quick and fresh.They are reasonably priced, too! I highly recommend!

*KOSHER under the Vaad of Phoenix* Vietnamese Vegan place that has very delicious food that is consistent. Family owned and operated. Everything is always available to the menu! Dined and done take out here for over 100 times in the last 8 years and never ever heard them say "we don't have that". The food is consistently delicious. Never had a bad experience here. Friendly owners and service is superb, every time! Can't recommend highly enough for visitors or locals!

Fresh Mint has a great menu to choose from. For someone who used to be a carnivore and misses some dishes that have meat, this restaurant fills that hole. My husband had the Pho soup and it was full of “beef” and tons of veggies. The broth was delicious and it was very filling. I had the vegetable curry which was excellent and tofu in it. We started with the fried spring rolls appetizer and those were great. This restaurant is definitely going to be one of my quick “go to” faves.

Friend and I wanted to catch up over lunch, this place was close. Plenty of options to choose from between Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese style dishes. I got the yellow curry with potatoes, carrots, and tofu, a vegan Thai tea, and an autumn roll. The tea was super tasty, the roll I was not impressed with and caught off guard that it was warm, and the curry was tasty, but not as thick as it usually is at other places that I have gotten the same. The prices were great, so I ordered a lemongrass soup to take with me for dinner another night and that had some good kick to it, plenty filling, too. I would happily visit again if I am in the area.

So DELICIOUS! I can see why they were rated one of Phoenix's best vegetarian restaurants. The location, is another added bonus if you enjoy shopping on Scottsdale Rd. 5hey have indoor and out door seating, fresh juices and smoothies and just fresh food in general. Were looking forward to returning tomorrow to try out a different dish from thier $9 lunch menu that is plenty enough for me to fill up on and my husband to snag a few bites :)
