Food was delectable. Everything served was made with such care. We had the fluffiest mashed potatoes we have ever tried, and it had a crispy surface, seemed like creme brulee cutting into it. Flan was super good as well. We also had sea bream and filet mignon, both were delicious. Also our server called us by name and took good care of us. Very impressed by the good, the service and the view was beautiful. Definitely sit outside when you can, beautiful city view with natural scapes as well.

This place is AMAZING!! The food was spectacular and the bartender made me a very tasty mocktail since I'm pregnant. Their wine menu was mesmerizing and my husband loved the the Dom Perignon(one of the few places that allows you to buy by the glass!) I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. I didn't even get pictures of it all since we ate it so fast! Yummy! Also, the complimentary chocolate was so good!!

Samantha Sanz has outdone herself. The menu and food are absolutely incredible. The grass fed tomahawk was cooked perfectly, the paella was better than most places in Spain and the churros for dessert were to die for. You canât go wrong with a gin tonic from here aswell. 10/10!!

Food here is fantastic and the view is phenomenal! I had the paella which was an explosion of flavor and seafood! Topped it off with churros with a chocolate dipping sauce! Decadent!

The service was fine, not great. The food was great except that the paella could have used a bit of spice or at least some hot sauce as an option which was not offered. A nice evening out but not the service one would expect at the Four Seasons.

I thought it was fantastic. The views were great! The service was excellent and the food was very good.
The only thing that was a little annoying was that champagne was not included in the price of the brunch. A delicious vodka drink was offered, but we both agreed an upscale brunch should include a glass of champagne, given the price of the brunch. We ordered a half bottle, which was good.
All in all, a great brunch. But include a glass of champagne (or sparkling wine if some sort) with the brunch.

Talavera Restaurant is located in a very beautiful area of the Scottsdale desert. We sat on the patio (outdoors with heaters, if needed) in delightful weather with a spectacular view and, after the meal, we seemingly didn't want to leave. The specific purpose of our visit was to try Chef Samantha Sanz' wonderful Mole de Calabaza dish with lamb, squash, chiles, red lentils. pecan, pepita gremolata and sage crema and more delicious ingredients. This intoxicating dish made for wonderful experiences on the palate and provided a rich and nutty blend of flavors, culminating in a balanced and smooth bouquet with a mildly lingering spicy taste. The service was impeccable. What a great and pleasant experience: We definitely will be back!

Had dinner there while celebrating our anniversary at the Four Seasons. We were amazed by the impeccable service, gorgeous views, unbelievably delicious food, and the wonderful attention to detail. As soon as we checked in the hostess at the front wished us a happy anniversary, we were brought to our seats and handed customized menus that were printed with "Happy Anniversry Mr. and Mrs. Binkley" and were later signed by the chef herself before being wrapped with ribbon for us to take home. Our wonderful waiter, Andre, then came right over and said in honor of our special day they like to start us off with a glass of champagne. Wonderful unexpected touches that made our night feel so much more special. The meal was incredible and by far, the best service of any restaurant we've ever been to (including some high end ones in NYC and Las Vegas). We can't wait to come back!

First visit since the new menu, to say itâs a dramatic change, would be an understatement! The new menu is interesting & our food was excellent. This isnât meant to be a negative but, if one is thinking of Talavera as a place for a quiet, romantic dinner, that has changed. It was just a bit disappointing having a patron sitting next to us in shorts, a faded t-shirt & flip flops - perhaps an enforced dress code? All said, the food & service was excellent & the views fabulous!

Amazing food!! They didn't have a salad on the menu that we cared for so the chef made a simple one with mixed greens & a white balsamic dressing that was perfect! For the main course we had the giant prawns & filet - both were wonderful! For dessert, order the chocolate soufflé-you won't be disappointed!!
