Taco Bell

They will literally NEVER get your order correct. Check it EVERY SINGLE TIME. But of course, if the order is wrong, you’re gonna have to wait in the drive thru line for another 30 minutes. Like, it doesn’t even look appetizing. And don’t bother calling, it rings and rings and no one picks up. Scottsboro Taco Bell is a joke 🤡

This time food tasted fairly good. Service was semi fast. Deducted stars because as usual something was left off. Pizza had all ingredients on one side of the pizza. I specifically asked if mild and hot sauce were in the bag when I looked before driving off. She ensured me it was in the bottom of the bag under the food. It wasn’t. Along with zero napkins. There’s a lack of caring from the workers at our Taco Bell and it’s unfortunate. Times are hard, I get it, but I wish people would have pride in employment no matter where they may work. Most of us have worked fast food at one point or another. It’s not easy but does require some effort and caring.

I have never seen an establishment who is as rude as Scottsboro Alabama’s Taco Bell, they are always backed out to the road, and they never answer their phone. My boyfriend and I have recently picked up door-dashing as a hobby and have to go there a lot, our dash time has gone up and there isn’t anything we can do about it. They never let anyone pull up to the door and pick up their food and their dining room still isn’t open! I would not recommend this Taco Bell! (Half of the people left and we had been sitting in the line for almost 45 minutes)

The drive-thru is a nightmare. It’s usually always backed out into the road where you get to sit in a turning lane and hope oncoming traffic is paying attention. I can’t remember a single time I have ever gotten my order correctly. I don’t ask for anything special most of the time and it still gets botched. Staff can be pretty rude so there isn’t really a point to deal with them again because it’s not worth it. The only reason I still occasionally go is because what food they decide to give you that day (because it 100% will NOT be what you ordered) is still pretty decent and cheap. Something is always broken or out. Either the card reader isn’t working or they ran out of tomatoes or their ice machine isn’t working. All in all, it’s the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, but it still gets two stars because, well, it’s a Taco Bell.

Usually Taco Bell in Scottsboro is excellent. But yesterday i went inside. Two people ahead of me and two cars in drive through. I order my food and it takes 23 minutes to get my food!!!!! 3 managers and 10 employees and it still took that long. 5 of those employees were on the drive through.....why? The two on the make line were horrible. The one didnt do anything so i guess he was new, but the other just kept walking off the make line to talk. Half my lunch was waiting on food. The other employees just stood around talking. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
