Janice was an excellent server! She was very friendly and didn’t let my drink run out once. The food was amazing! I highly recommend the Asiago Bacon Chicken with Grilled Zucchini & Steamed Broccoli! It was all seasoned to perfection! Definitely love eating at this Ruby Tuesday when I’m in Scottsboro!

We enjoyed our dinner. Salad bar was great ! Couldn't ask for better service ! So if you stop by ask for Jay's area. He was the one that made sure we where taken care of and our dinner was right !!

Salad bar is great. And no matter your age they let you order from the kids menu and then add salad bar for 5.99.

The reason I gave a 4 was because of our waitress. She was great. They were short staff she was the only person waiting tables. She did a great job. She never missed a beat and was just as friendly and polite.Food was good.

Horrible. Seated immediately waited on food for an hour. Were tricked in with the Sunday steak dinner email my wife got for $10.99 fine print "after 4:00" if you want a side worth eating it's an up charge, pretty much everything on the menu =an upcharge. $5 to add Salad bar which comes with pretty much none of the dinners anymore. If you do the salad bar solo now it's $11.99. Yeah they don't have to worry about my business anymore, use to be one of my favorites.

We were really disappointed. Service was not great but it was ok, salad bar was good, hubby got the rib eye which was cooked how ordered but had no seasonings or steak butter on it I had a sirloin. It was all edible but when you pay near $100 for 2 people I expect it to be good not just edible. We won't go back
