We have eaten here thirty times since they opened and still love it.
It has been great to see their growth and improvement in service. The food is consistent and always fresh. They have raised their prices a bit, but we still go and enjoy it immensely .
Really enjoyed our first visit to Jia Telles. Amazingly quick service with tasty and surprising dishes. Good draft selection for beer, ciders, and kombucha and pleasant seating outside with plenty of trees and shade. We tried the Trio sampler, tamarind noodles, red curry stew, and papaya salad. All good, my favorite was the salad with its very complex and lightly creamy crab sauce. Red curry stew was also great- a bright, savory soup.
Great neighborhood bar & grill. Good selection of beers, mostly IPA. Wonderful bartenders and delicious cocktails and mixed drinks.

The burgers are phenomenal. Sliders and fries great! Excellent ranch dressing. Big patio with lots of lights and music and great vibe. Scotts Valleys hot spot!!!
I come here at least twice a month for the bento box. I usually order brown rice, a chicken kabob, and a beef kabob. Sometimes we’ll splurge and get fried spring rolls and an order of stir fried green beans with beef. I’ve also had their pork fried rice with egg. Anything that comes out of that kitchen is amazing. The service has always been consistent and good.
Tucked in a corner in a shopping plaza, this might not catch your eye. Don't make that mistske! You walk up or call in to place your order. Food ,comes out fresh and quickly. The food is OUTRAGEOUSLY GOOD. Full of layered flavor, textures and options. Do yourself a favor and check it out. You'll be hooked like we are!
We reserved part of the building for a combo 18th birthday party plus high school graduation. They brought in needed staff. Ran tabs for full bar and menu. There are several varieties of "slingers" that fit in well as either bar food or party food.
