Billy's makes some decent cracklings, but you have to try their bacon wrapped pork tenderloin! I grilled mine over oak, slow and low and it blew me away. Check'em out!

I finally tried Billy’s. I sampled many items. I enjoyed it all, it was good. I don’t think it was my top choice for boudin and cracklin, but good. If I have time I want to go inside to see if they have any interesting specialty meats. I chose the drive through today.
Billy’s I love your food but I’ve notice every time I get your cracklins they taste like Vida. Now, I don’t know what that means but mom used to say it for an unmarked hog. It taste like testosterone and smells like it also. I just returned a bag for this. $25 dollars a pound and we eating gamey mea
Definitely have to try more of their products. We had their boudin, fried hot pepper jack cheese boudin balls and boudin wrap (eggroll). So much flavor and the crust they use on their boudin balls makes it even better. Just enough spice, not too much not too little. Super nice people and helpful. Th
I'm not one to rave and make anyone crave, but Billy's Boudin & Cracklins was over the top delicious. My only complaint would be the long line to order food, but was definitely worth the wait.

Visiting from out of town and was looking for a meat shop to stock up on to take home, this place has some of the best fried boudin that I’ve had! A unique menu item to me was the Crawfish Boudin, the Fried Crawfish Boudin Balls is AMAZING, as well as the Seasoned Chicken Cracklings, very addictive!
Love this place!!! Everything that we had so far is delicious. Our favorites are the chicken crackling, crawfish pie, crawfish eggs rolls and boudain balls.
I had left my portable sewage tank.... they have put it in the lost and found and will pick it up in January..... great food great friendly staff ....you must stop here if you love boudin

Lots to choose from. Great selection. Wonderful people. Clean and quality. But not overpriced. Will be back soon as I'm on this side of state again!
One of the most well-known boudin spots in Louisiana and the long line was an indication of that. The food is completely worth it though, it’s been 3 weeks and I still daydream about those Cracklins. Good food and friendly staff. First time trying these boudin balls and they are full of flavor. The crackling are made just perfect.
Had the seasoned cracklings, the crawfish rolls & the original boudin balls. Everything was tasty but the boudin was my favorite of all. Lines are long but fast so get your money ready for some fried cooking.
