Billy's makes some decent cracklings, but you have to try their bacon wrapped pork tenderloin! I grilled mine over oak, slow and low and it blew me away. Check'em out!

My first experience will not be my last! I tasted the chicken crackling and crawfish boudin. I literally had a Baptist fit at the register! I can’t wait until my next trip to Louisiana!!

I had left my portable sewage tank.... they have put it in the lost and found and will pick it up in January..... great food great friendly staff ....you must stop here if you love boudin

Billy’s I love your food but I’ve notice every time I get your cracklins they taste like Vida. Now, I don’t know what that means but mom used to say it for an unmarked hog. It taste like testosterone and smells like it also. I just returned a bag for this. $25 dollars a pound and we eating gamey meat. No thank you. Then they tell me that they don’t make them at the store it’s made at another place and brought here.

First time here and the line was long! I didn't expect that but we went inside looked around and decided to order in the drive thru since we had little kids. It was about a 30 minute wait but the boudin and cracklings were delicious! Definitely will be back! Pictures are the day after we heat up in the air fryer.

I finally tried Billy’s. I sampled many items. I enjoyed it all, it was good. I don’t think it was my top choice for boudin and cracklin, but good. If I have time I want to go inside to see if they have any interesting specialty meats. I chose the drive through today.

Love this place!!! Everything that we had so far is delicious. Our favorites are the chicken crackling, crawfish pie, crawfish eggs rolls and boudain balls.

I'm not one to rave and make anyone crave, but Billy's Boudin & Cracklins was over the top delicious. My only complaint would be the long line to order food, but was definitely worth the wait.
