I’ve legit never posted a review on anything, but I felt compelled to here. BUT reading all the other reviews(one being someone I knew years back) what more needs to be said? How this woman working the counter in the evenings even has a job in customer service is beyond me. I’ve never seen the cops called on a convenience store employee. Isn’t it supposed to be the other way around if anything? I last had to stop in this location back in January, and this woman still being employed after that miserable experience is 7-11s way of telling retail customers that they genuinely could care less how their employee treats their customers. I’ll avoid this location like the plague going forward. If you do Door Dash whether as a full time job/part time job/side hustle, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS IN THE EVENINGS at the very least. She won’t pick the orders, and she’ll verbally berate you for even setting foot in the store.

Hey owner who comments on every 1 star review: do something about your overnight cashier. Customers who have the audacity to disturb her while she’s sleeping on the job are berated and sworn at while she throws things around the store. On nights she is actually awake, she’s rude and lazy and makes it very obvious she’s annoyed she has to do anything. Every person I know who has had an interaction with her has come away thinking she’s a horrible person. We’re not some drunk kids buying chips. We’re adults in our mid 30s and the way your scumbag employee speaks and treats us is unprofessional and frankly, unacceptable. If your overnight revenue is important to you, find someone who treats your customers with respect. After another family member had another unfortunate experience with her last night, I won’t be going here ever again and I’m going to make sure everyone I know in the area doesn’t either.

I am so glad that there is a 7-Eleven in Scituate, because in convenience stores like this one, I really like the soda machines inside there, like the Cumberland Farms and Alltown ones. I poured myself a Sprite at this 7-Eleven one time and I enjoyed it. Aside from the soda machine, there’s a great selection of items being sold at this store. My favorite Scituate CS!

Staff in evening and overnights are extremely unprofessional, inappropriate woman at night has not worn a face mask in 3 weeks, the guy in evening shift wears a mask covering his mouth only (being in healthcare this supposed mask he is wearing does absolutely nothing. Lady tonight refused me to buy a gift card with my debit card. I was told cash only. In my opinion avoid this store as much as possible unless u would like a higher chance of getting COVID-19 or some other disease. One night the woman was swearing at me and saying all kinds of inappropriate things to me so I turned around and left when I asked her why the store requires a face mask but she wasn't wearing one. Her response was this company can't get anyone to work overnight so basically I can do what ever I want they will not fire me because they can't replace me.
