I ordered ice coffee asked for insulated cup because I am handicap and need support on my cup I was told absolutely not I then said I would pay for it and the woman charged me the price for hot coffee $2.05 plus the cost of ice coffee . I spoke to the manager he did offer to give a free coffee next time.

The staff is fine (unless you're a $10,000 millionaire looking for a latte). The coffee is the problem, burnt every time. The place needs a serious overhaul. DD has gone so far downhill it's not worth the trip!

Last time going here. Bag short two of the main items i ordered. Everyone at the office pissed at me. Thanks for a terrible job. Third time this has happened. Three strikes you're out.
