Nasty, filthy place. Dead mice on sidewalk outside. The drink station was caked with sticky syrup from previous drinks, they had no ice, every counter top behind the register was absolutely fifty.

Stopped after attending a High School band concert on the 22nd. The first thing we noticed was only ONE PERSON was running the whole restaurant. He was so polite and helpful, even though he was also taking orders at the drive through AND cooking the food. My question is, where is the management? after we were given our food, and went to our tables, we didn't have our fries. He was making them and trying to keep up with the drive through orders also. He apologized for not having them ready with our meal. After everything this person was going through with being the only one there, he had the courtesy to apologize. He should be given a lot of recognition for his work ethic.

Was in the drivethrough for half an hour. No one at the speaker. I was only able to order when I pulled up to the window. The kid gave me back too much change. They must be falsifying their drive through times because on screen it said I'd been there for 7 minutes. I was asked to pull forward to top it all off.

Fries were cold and the people are just rude. Like I understand not loving your job, but they blaintenly ignore any kindness. Like my wife ordered and is always mindful to speak up and be polite. She always tries to be really kind as she knows it's a rough job. It just sucks to see them be rude in return.

We waited for the longest time on our coffee and finally asked for our money back. The waiting is not as bad as the attitude was. We found that out when we finally asked about our coffee and also found out they didn't have much help. If they know it will take a while to get the order filled due to lack of help, why don't they let the customer know right away that it might be a while that way those that have appointments will know if they have time to wait or not. It seems that would eliminate a lot of frustration on both sides.

Drive through line was long so we went inside. Service was quick and friendly. Food was fresh and hot. Only 4 stars because I didn't checky bag before leaving and we were short a burger. All good, I'm sure I didn't need to eat. 😄

I'm being generous in hope that this was possibly just an "off day" or possibly every employee had just started and were in training?
Overall, the restuarant wasn't filthy, but there was a swamp of sticky pop residue and liquid all around the soda fountain on the floor which was really difficult to maneuver. I spent over an hour inside and no one made an effort to mop it up or even put a "wet floor" sign in the area. Luckily, you probably wouldn't/couldn't slip in it with how sticky it made my shoes.
The indoor play structure itself seemed fine and the kids had fun, but the seating area around it seemed to have been neglected. The floor was littered with food and wrappers.
Employees really struggled taking simple orders (which is why is stated there may have been several untrained employees), which is absolutely understandable but did cause SO many order issues.
I dined in, so I am unsure if this is the case with their drive-thru.
Our order had a simple mistake (big mac served with no bun lol) and I laughed it off and just asked for it on the bun. It took at least 15 minutes for the sandwich to be made correctly. There was another person there waiting well over 5 minutes just for an ice cream cone (surprisingly, the machine wasn't the issue!)
The restaurant was not overly busy, and there didn't appear to be an obvious shortage of staff so I just hope that there was just not enough fully trained employees to run a smooth ship and that this isn't their standard of quality.
