Subway

Placed an order online and they hadn’t even started when I got here. They ask me for my ID which clearly states my name and I see my name on the receipt and they still didn’t believe me it was me. My name isn’t even common. I finally take out the card I paid with and I said is this what you need and they say oh ok and start making the subs. I won’t waste time coming here anymore.

DO NOT ONLINE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Picked up our order to find out it was wrong, went back and the guy barely spoke English and starts arguing with us. He was saying that it was right even after he looked at both the online order and the receipt. He finally realized the mistake when he opened up the sandwich and looked at it. He never apologized for arguing or for the order being wrong. We asked for a refund he plainly said no. We asked to speak to the manager and her said no manager on duty. We asked him to call the manager and he refused. He said he'd remake the sandwich but at that point we didn't want to deal with him anymore so we left(without the refund). He followed us to the parking lot and kept arguing saying he'd give us a free cookie! We repeatedly said no and he wouldn't leave until we said we'd call the police if he didn't leave us alone! If you value order accuracy and decent customer service SKIP THIS PLACE!

I go to this superb place every couple of days because I love the special air that is unique to this restaurant. The team is extremely helpful and qualified. The service is certainly rapid. Also, the food they serve is good. I have been there many times and I was always pleased. The price is decent. I suggest this restaurant to to all.

Came here at 8:51 on a Sat which they advertise is open until 10pm. However, they have a hand-written sign that says they are closing at 9pm. I walk in, at 8:51pm and Jay, refuses to serve us and started turning off the lights while we were standing in the restaurant. THEN, says if you have cash I'll serve you. Sounds like a scam. Horrible customer service and worst of all, my kids are disappointed that they couldn't get what they wanted. WILL NOT RETURN!!!

Food was good. Place is pretty clean but ive seen the owner walk back and forth past a dirty table 4/5 times. The only other employee barely speaks english and cleary isnt experienced so the owner is constantly with her. I guess its tough managing a small buisness. I should also add this is the only subway ive ever seen throwing away old break and cookies to put out fresh. One last thing.... They didnt have any toilet paper in the restroom. Good thing I checked first. When I asked at the register I was told they were out and was offered napkins. Make of that what you will.
