You can never seem to get fresh hot fries and fresh hot nuggets. I was a manager of a McDonalds in the early 90's but we ran our store A1. Everything was fresh and we didn't let our food sit in the warming bins after the timer was out.
Fries were salted with the back and forth method and we kept our shake machine sanitized and constantly working. Neglect is a big issue with the way these new managers run their stores. They don't believe in serving the best possible products and they refuse to throw away old food....can you say food safety is better than profits. IDK wasn't impressed.

The drinks area was a mess,very dirty,there were no napkins ,no straws and the bathroom was disgusting...I told an employee the bathroom needs a little attention and she didn't seem to care to much..just like ok,whatever, what can I get you?
Just because your main customers are at the drive thru that doesn't mean you don't have to clean the place!

Horrid. ESPECIALLY if you go at anytime after Midnight. Service ? What a joke. Laziness is there work ethetic. "Were only serving drinks at this time" Why are you even open ? What you think you are ? A Starbucks ? Oh and don't ever try to ask for any ice cream or ice cream related product cause that's not happening. I could go on but how can you be the 2nd or 3rd closest Mcdonald's to the International Airport and be this terrible.

Kid with the curly hair forgot he had a mobile order to fulfill so I’m sitting in the parking lot Spot 3 for 30 min before I go inside and ask if it’s ready, food was sitting there whole 30 min and he had to prepare my beverages and I got it quick. Food was cold tho… Get your workers to stop smoking weed and actually fulfill the orders they’re given lmfao. Kid was wasted

I was pleased with the clean, comfortable environment. It is an accessible location, inside and out. My food and coffee were served hot with a 'good morning' when she approached and a 'have a nice day' prior to departing the table. Made my meal that much more enjoyable.

Had ordered my food through the app-mobile, by the time i headed to the drive thru there was no line at either of their lanes so decided to go through it. It took forever for someone to take my code number, noone was ready to help me on my lane BUT not on the other lane! Whoever had the other lane running next to me had it moving faster, ignoring me basically! I was waiting there for 5 -6 mins when technically 4 other cars went ahead of me. When they FINALLY got to me, the girl speaking to me had an attitude. Got to the pick up window and got told my "food" was not even ready and to go wait in another parking lane. This place does not have a good process, nor good customer service. Not coming back.

Placing the order. At the end,I asked if I could get a Shamrock shake. After a pause, I was told Yes, what size? Large. That's it. Pulled around, they had the first half of the order....and... the Shamrock shake. Once sorted, were on our way.

The food is alright. However, the customer service is proof why some people do not deserve higher wages. An elderly woman kept rushing my order although I was not finished. Then, at the window she acts like she’s forced to be there. I’d be mad too if I worked at McDonald’s at that age.
