Ihop

We were hungry so we decided to go back to this IHOP, bad choice. We should have suspected something when there were no customers except 1 other in the entire establishment. I asked for a lemonade and it tasted like water with a bid of some kind of flavor. Asked for sweet tea instead. That was better but needed more ice. My sons chicken salad was supposed to have the purple onion held and what was on the salad, about a fourth of a cut up purple onion. I didn’t bother to ask for another or for it to be removed since I removed it myself. The burger I ordered I asked for extra pickles I got 2 pickles and the bread was not just toasted it was crispy charcoaled. The piece of lettuce I got was rotten and I removed it. Overall, my husband said we’d not be going back to any IHOP in or near our area.

This was the worst time at IHOP for us, it took over 30 minutes for our food to come, our waitress Patty was very nice, courteous and apologetic, we told her it was not her fault, my husband's food was good, his eggs were not burnt, the food was cold, my omelet was awful, not only cold, but I was trying to find some areas where the egg was not burnt, wound up trying to get some mushrooms, spinach & cheese from the top, my husband gave me some of his egg, needles to say, I only ate half of a toast, a bit of my husband's egg and that was it!!

It was about 9am & the place was pretty empty. The food was hot & fresh! The staff had great music playing & when I requested a song, they actually played it!! Great customer service comes in all forms & on Monday 5/2, the entire staff was GREAT!! It's been a long time since I've experienced that!! Keep up the good work guys & gals 👏🏾

The restaurant was closed between 3:00am and 6:30am with a sign that said order online. I then called and spoke with someone who said I could call back when I was ready to order. The second time I called no one picked up. Shortly after, they took the phone off the hook because I kept getting a busy signal. Would never go there after that experience. Very disappointing!

Customer Service: Young crowd (3 men) at the hostess area, not presentable - busy joking around , but they got the job done. Wait Staff: despite being very young, they were friendly, and attentive. Food was good Parking: Lots of parking Wait time: average 10-15 mins ( not very busy ) our arrival time a Sunday at 10:30 am ***** Restrooms are really bad ****** One restroom had an “Out of Order” sign however, was available for use and was the only clean one.

We stopped in a little after midnight wanting to get a quick bite after my Wife’s HS reunion. Unfortunately we sat in lobby for like 20 minutes before someone finally addressed us despite there being only like 4 tables sat and multiple wait staff. Finally after we sat and immediately ordered our food it took another 35 mins to get our food and my wife’s pancakes that were supposed to have blueberries in them did not have them even though the waiter told us it should be mixed in. Will not return

Worst service I’ve ever received. Waitress disappeared. No refills, had to walk up and find the other waitress to finally get a refill after waiting about 10min. Table who ordered way after us got their food before we did (different better waitress). Food was cold, waitress never came back. I get you only had one chef, but just work off ticket by ticket. Having a table ready that was here way after us is just bad.

Our order was missing half the food. When I called the lady politely told me there was nothing they would do about it. She said I could come pick up the missing food. If I was able to do that then I would have done that to begin with. This is very poor customer service and to top it off the food received was over cooked. I won’t be back like many others.
