Bush's Chicken

This is easily, hands down, without a doubt, the most mediocre food I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not saying this location is any different than other locations because I’ve only been to this one. But wow, I started off by taking a bite out of the mashed potatoes. Slightly dry, but the gravy sort of made up for it, just not enough. 2/5. I took a bite out of the Buffalo tender roll. The sauce was zesty, roll was slightly chewy, but buttery, and the chicken was cooked well but the breading is sort of tasteless. 3/5. I got a water as the beverage. Definitely tap water, not filtered at all, tasted like texas, but I didnt mind it. I’m not saying the food is bad, I’m not saying I won’t eat here again. I am simply saying that this is the most middle of the road, average food I’ve ever consumed in my life. Incredible, honestly.

Went there yesterday for lunch March 13th and ordered (2) 4 piece tender dinners and when i received there order what i got was 2 tenders cut in half to make 4 pieces. Normally the food is good but this time it was very small portions and cold, even the gravy was cold. I hope this does not continue to be served like this because you will lose business. Please correct this and make the pieces a full chicken tender each not pieces cut in half

I love this place and when I moved to Schertz I was excited to have one so close. I went and picked up dinner and it was terrible. I was so disappointed. The food was not even edible. I won’t go back. The one in New Braunfels is amazing but the Schertz location leaves a lot to be desired. The service was horrible and the food was horrible. It was old and cold. The potatoes were so dry you couldn’t eat them. This place needs a new manager ASAP.

Missed all the rolls in our meal which costs near $50 dollars and the manager did not seem to care outside of us spending more gas money to drive back to correct their error. Mistakes happen but when compounded by minimal effort to resolve the issue having a credit for next time is not enough for a resolution.

I sat at the window for 10 minutes while the employees stood around doing nothing but talking to each other and packing food. They were also all standing in the manager's office while the manager did nothing as well I was ordering $250 worth of chicken for my employer this was supposed to be a monthly thing I will no longer be doing that I will have them choose another place

2/6/19 We are from out of the area and our family wanted us to experience Bush's Chicken while we were in town. What a great idea that was. You can see by my photos that the food looks great. My wife & I each had a 2-piece dinner like this and a drink for a total of only $11.59. They even have a military discount. I don't care for white meat because it is usually dry. Not at Bush's. It was fantastic and the roll was soft & fluffy... With a little sweet flavor to it. They have wonderful tea also. Unsweetened and sweetened. I did a combination for just how I like it! I would totaly urge anyone who has not tried Bush's Chicken do so. You may find you new favorite chicken place!
