Very, very, extremely, extremely slow. Not enough staff, assuming, unfortunately. Although I did see five employees. If I ordered online,and came in to pick it up I would have got my coffee and donut quicker than standing there for 25 minutes. I wanted to leave so many times but I wanted a coffee.

This used to be a well run establishment, but after a remodel in the fall of '21, that all changed. I can not be heard nor hear at the drive thru speaker, causing orders to be wrong. Staff is rude and lackadaisical. I now go to another location 2 miles away to get better service.

Coffee is good but the service sucked. There was one person working while the other 2 just stood there and locked The one that was busy had to ask them to actually take care of us And she did so with an attitude

They have the best bread and dough only dough my son in law will use to do his pizza that's why I go there .and for there bread 🍞

Bagels got smaller, paid for extra cream cheese and didn't get it, my coffee tasted burnt,and waited in line nearly 8 minutes. Now I remember why I stopped going there. :( still disappointed.

This wasn't my favorite DD prior to Covid-19. But it's the only local one with a drive thru and there service has improved greatly. Drive thru only right now. The line is moving so the wait isn't bad. However there's a new young guy who will hand you stuff and tell you "you're all set" without actually checking if you have everything. He's done that to me twice now, so check your bag before you pull away!!

4 young people working in there and could not fill my order. I did an on to go order and they only gave me my food and walked away from the window. When they came back the girl asked what I was waiting for and I said some drinks and she snapped and told me not to yell at her when I didnt. She gave me 1 our of 3 drinks and walked away again. Repeated this process two more times but a second girl got mad and said I didn't take your order so I don't know what you are missing..even though I said hot cocoa twice. Honestly you as a worker should know since a receipt prints out with everything that a customer ordered. It was dead slow there too and to be treated poorly like that is unbelievable.
