They honor coupons. The order taker was new but dud a good job. The food at this location is usually hot and fresh and the fries are crispy and delicious. Vanilla shake is a must get.

it’s a hit or miss. some days the staff are great, the food is good and correct. other days like today, the staff is incredibly rude & it takes 20 min from speaker to window just for your order to be wrong. do yourself a favor and don’t take a gamble here, it’s not worth the frustration.

I was running errands and decided to grab some lunch on my way to the next stop. I went through the drive-through at the Burger King on Campbell Rd. in Rotterdam, NY. I was the 5th car in line and it took 22 minutes to get my food.
I have no idea what took so long, but I will not go back there until they figure out how to put the 'fast' back into fast food.

Stopped in for a quick dinner, the drive thru was packed, so we decided to eat in. The restaurant was clean and there were several other people spread out. The girl who took our order was friendly. A fast cheap meal for days you just don't feel like cooking or in a hurry to feed kids.

Friendly people at drive thru. Food was good and hot and, in my opinion, best fries in fast food... Hands down. I bought the spicy Chking and it was hot and good. The pickles were thick and very good on it.

Recently remodeled and very clean. Fast and friendly service by staff here. BK has improved in food quality in the last few years. Great Oreo shakes!
