Food was barely cooked people out the windows were very in polite didn’t see no gloves on they just don’t care about there jobs

The McDonalds on Altamont Ave has always been a positive experience for me. I always use the drive thru, but they are quick, efficient, and I've never had a problem with my order. I've never had to pull forward or into a parking spot to wait for someone to bring out my food, which I find annoying when it happens to me. All in all, during peak and non-peak times, they seem to function very well.

I'm so sick of ordering $30+ worth of food just for every item to be cold AND burnt. Also 80% of the time my order is wrong. I'm tired of getting nasty fast food when the prices are the highest they've ever been. Called to complain and they did absolutely nothing to compensate me. This is the only place where its acceptable to hand people disgusting old food. 5 guys and basically any other establishment would never let people leave with cold food.

The one Spanish lady in the back drive thru always mumbles is never pleasant and she has such long nails I’m always scared that she’s going to end up poking me one day

Worst place ever they have wicked attitudes and making our food they were taking lettuce off the table and put it on our sandwiches. Than I asked them to remake them and they still put our food on the Nasty counter without a wrapper. Very unsanitary and never going back to this one.!

Just dined inside and everything was extremely filthy, employee's using foul language and placing personal effects in seats along with placing wet floor signs just to appear as if they are cleaning. the cook using same gloves to prepare food after walking around touching doors. This is very upsetting, if I knew this on past visits using the drive thru I would have never visited this place for all the years me and my family have been getting food. I definitely would not recommend this place and should be turned in to the health department.
