We will not going back. Our family has gone to Bombers for celebrations for years. The last experience was not pleasant, chalked it up to an off night and tried again. Tonight we went to celebrate a birthday. Meal took over 1 hour and 45 minutes. Long wait. Drinks not being refilled. Ordered chips and salsa to tied us over, did not come. Food finally came, wrong items, missing meals, cold food, bland generic foods. 3 out of the 6 of us felt nauseous after eating.
Taco Bell or Chipotle would have been better. Sadly, we will not going back.

Food and service were horrible. We were in town and wanted to try a nearby restaurant. The upstairs seating was for dining in. We had one the bartenders waiting on my family. She forgot our drinks, our water when she wouldn’t refill my kids drinks. The food was worse. We ordered the double dip chips and salsa and the chips were stale. We ordered specialty fries and they seemed to have been microwaved and left as the cheese had become hardened. My burrito was loaded with rice and not much else, and my wife’s chix salad was less than desirable . I would avoid this place .

Bombers used to be a staple growing up so when we were in Schenectady for a show I wanted to bring a friend. Holy heck was this no longer bombers. Has to be the worst food I've had in a minute. The chips were so heavily salted (mind you I love salt) that they were unbearable to eat. Our food was so sloppy and oily and had about zero taste. Was seated and then forgotten. Sat for over 20 minutes. Decided to order food to go but again no one doing anything and the counter was empty. Horrible customer service.The Bartenders and wait staff were too busy drinking to even ask if we would like a drink. 10/10 would not recommend.

They're always boujie and take their phone off the hook and stop taking orders mad early before they close because they wanna leave at 10. Been like that for years thats why I don't come here late night cause its NOT a late night spot anymore since covid its whack as heck and mad expensive no one wants to eat here anymore. Homestyle is way better for Buffalo chicken wraps!!!!!! And you can make a better taco at home.

I ordered wings and payed the extra fee for the flat pieces ... I ended up getting mostly drumsticks ... my husband asked for a refund of the extra cost for the flat pieces we payed for... to our surprise Kalena(not sure how to spell her name ) was super kind and right away took care of us. She asked if we wanted a different order of wings... but we didn't have the time to wait another 25 min for them to get done....so Not only did she give us a refund of our chicken wings, but also my husband's burrito . She was very kind . I only give a 4 star bc the rice in the burrito was kinda hard... I think it was yesterday's rice that was not reheated properly.. but other than that I would go back again. Good customer service can really make a meal even better .. Thank you Kalena. Give that gorgeous girl a raise . .

Went there with some friends. Can you ask the upstairs bartenders to focus on customers and not flirting with girls? I went up to order a beer and start a tab, immediately got snubbed by a texting bartender and after I finally was acknowledged I wasn't even allowed to order separately because I was part of another table.

We used to love Bombers so much but since Baumgartner sold it, it has seriously gone downhill.
We try again every couple of months hoping to capture some of the old magic, but it's not the same. The recipes seem the same but the ingredients aren't as fresh. The fries always seem like they aren't as crispy and old. Burritos have a lot more rice, less sauce and the chicken is really really dry.
So sad...
