Best customer service we have ever had at a burger king. Thank you for your time. Very kind staff they also have the best weird tacos. I will never go to another location now thanks to the two employees that were on shift tonight at 10pm. You guys are awesome.

Worst customer experience of my life. They messed up my order by giving a burger instead of nuggets for a kids meal. I went back and the woman at the window insisted this mistake didn’t take place. I even had the receipt and she wouldn’t look at it. So then I said I would still pay for a new kids meal, my daughter was in the car and hungry. She refused service and said I lied about the kids meal. Literally had the meal and receipt in hand. She closed the window and refused me service.

I ordered & paid for a spicy melt meal w/Sprite. I live in Elk Grove Village, so it was a good 10-15 minute drive. Got home, gave my brother his meal. He looked at it and it was all wrong. Regular melt, not spicy, no jalepeno poppers, and a coke rather than a sprite.So I drive back out, give the meal & receipt to the manager. He immediately apologized, gave me a larger Sprite & brought the food to me. He said everything was there, upsized the fries as he had the drink, and gave a couple cookies for free. Great, right? I get home, and he STILL didn't give the poppers! Not happy at all.

I go here often and i dont know why i do. I get treated poorly by the staff and and nearly every other time they hand me my food wrong. For example, i asked for a ketchup only, specifically because i am allergic to onion and pickle. Well i get my burger handed to me and behold, PICKLE AND ONION, they did put ketchup in the bag, however i specifically asked for a a KETCHUP ONLY cheese burger. Please do something about the rude male staff and to actually go through with the order the customer is purchasing. DO BETTER BK ON ROSELLE RD.

Crook County's finest. I understand that we now have to show proof of vaccinations to dine in now, since I was unprepared with my card i was still allowed to order and wait inside without a mask. Pick a side sheeple.
