fast and pretty good service. 4/5 stars due to the employees over the drive through speaker almost sounding annoyed at customers, and somewhat rushing customers to order their food. However, the food was still quite good and their app offers fabulous deals that make it exceptionally easy for two people to eat for the price of one. overall would still recommend

I went through drive-thru cashier dint give me. My receipt. My fries were cold. My drink had no taste. And. No napkins or ketchup iaks for ketchup and the guy said it's in the bag.... To the owner. You have low customer service skills and you not following with the guidelines the company should follow . Iam gone call corporate

I'd leave negative stars if I could. My food was so greasy. The bun was covered in grease the burger patty kept sliding from between the bun. I asked an employee if they can send a manager to my table she said no. I will never visit this location again. The manager told me that's how my burger should be. No it shouldn't be that badly covered in grease I couldn't eat it I asked for a refund after I had to go looking for the manager since the employees wouldn't get them for me

They need to make fresh fries. Versus giving us stale cold cardboard box tasting food. Gross And their chicken nuggets I could barely bite into. How OLD are these!? I thought they're just frozen and you heat it up or fry it. It is fast food. But come on. It doesn't take alot of work to cook these things fresh.

Earlier, at around 10:40ish on this beautiful Sunday morning, I ordered two sausage McMuffins with cheese plus a hash brown. The food was food, but the customer service experience was horrible . Lady at the front cashier left me unattended for a few minutes and pulled up a bill in front of me. I questioned for a while if that was my order and if I should pay. I preceded with paying only to realize that I paid for someone else’s order. When the lady finally returned, and I told her that I paid for someone else’s order, she started yelling at me, asking me why I paid when she didn’t ask me to do so. I asked her if I could get refunded and pay again for my order, she continued yelling at me for paying someone else’s order. I eventually got my order with 2 dollars in cash handed to me for the overpayment. I thought of surveying to report this incident, but unfortunately, she took my receipt And walked away.
