This Chipotle Mexican Grill was the closest one to me to pick up food from, I was able to order using the application and it was going to be ready in about fifteen minutes. I arrived and there is plenty of parking in front of the restaurant, and as I walked in, there is a sign to let you know to put a face mask. The line was shot but since I ordered ahead my food was ready on the shelf. I grabbed my food and left right away. The entire process was easy and fast. I think there were people eating in but I just wanted to go. If I am in the area I will order from here again, free parking, fast service.

I ordered lunch from here to be ready at a specific time because I had a tight schedule that day. We arrived at the restaurant on time and our order wasn't ready. There were three customers in line that were being helped. While we were standing there, three more groups came in. All those groups were taken care of and walking out the door before my order was ready. I could have stood in line and gotten my food faster. The staff member I was speaking with said, "I'm sorry, we're just really busy," but that's not the issue. Of course you're busy, it's lunch time. But you have to manage the work. And my order should have been mixed in to the flow to ensure it was ready. I walked out of there 15 minutes late and it threw off the rest of my day. This is not the first time I have had issues at this location and it was really frustrating.

So, in a location like this, how do run out cooked chicken. Apparently is not being properly managed. I was asked to wait 15 minutes for them to cook chicken… it is not going to happen. They should properly and efficiently talk between the servers and cooks to make sure something food is on the way before running out. I love the food but things like this turn people off.

I used to like going to chipotle, but lately it's been kinda "meh." I feel like they changed something with their ingredients, because i dont remember their food being as spicy as it is now. Also, at this location, the person wraping our burritos wasn't doing a very good job. She had to double wrap mine, and the person in front of me.

Great food, but depending on worker, you may get more meat some days than others. prices have gone up ridiculously!

Staff was helpful and nice. Food came out to order. Wanted to order a quesadilla and they can no longer serve it to people in the restaurant!! That is totally crazy, to get a quesadilla I would have to order it online??? Why, would anyone want to come to a restaurant that you can not even order the food they make unless you do so from your phone as your standing in there restaurant. I love chipotle but this is a very short minded thought process at least according to this long time customer.

I got there 3 min before closing and they treated me like they just opening. Thats super amazing, even when your are tired of people complaining, working double because nobody wanna work and at the end you keep smiling to your customer. Thats the way to serve. My 5stars are going to the team
