Snuggery Schaumburg

This place is a fun spot to go out with friends and have fun. The place has a lot of TVs and pictures with small objects hanging from every wall. The food is ok once u had a couple drinks. The service is slow at times because they only have 3 workers so if u order and drink and want another make sure that the employees know u want to. E helped.

I am the Hard Rock Critic. This was my first time and last time at the alumni club. Lets start with the food. The calamari was good. But then again how can you mess up frying frozen calamari. The burger when ordered medium came out midwell. Obviously there is no use of a biotherm, and or knowing how to cook to temp. Bartender was attentive and kind she was spot on for how a bartender should be, with 6 people in the bar how can you not. Would love to see the action of service when its busy, but over all thumbs up. Food is substandard due to quality of cooking not flavor or taste but that could use some work, service is par. Did i get wowed no. Did i get an impression made upon myself yuring to come back, NO. Thanks for a ok lunch and good luck in your future endevore.

Courtney the bartender is more interested in complaining about how she is not being taken care of by her “boyfriend “ than taken care of by her patrons! Claire came in and legit saved the day! Claire is friendly and amazing! She makes everyone feel welcomed! Thank you Claire for changing our opinion!
