Mgr. Pablo on tonight's shift went above and beyond for his customer right here. Not only have I managed several restaurants and took in to consideration the time it was. He literally cooked my meal fresh due to everything being low and a little issue with an employee handling the food. He took necessary measures to fix the issue and this will lead him to a great store Mgr one day. Thanks again Pablo and Leila my cashier very pleased

There is no management here. If you want a refund there is NO WAY to get it. You may need to wait for the manager, who is only there certain days of the week. I had an order mishap and within 3 mins, I went over to the employees saying I didn’t want the bowl- I just wanted a refund. My order was untouched still in the bag and they were like okay we can do that for you. Mind you- the lady who helped us asked another lady who made the order who asked one of the guys working in the back who asked Pablo who came over to us. And even he was clueless. So he told me that their manager (who is a female) will be working on Friday and she can do that for us. He wrote down our names, number, and order numbers yet I have never received a phone call. In fact I tried calling the- first they disconnected the call pretending they couldn’t hear the one time they answered and second- they barely every answer their phone calls. Someone can call 30 times in a row, and they just won’t answer. Where is their customer service? Where is their staff that is knowledgeable in their job? It’s unbelievable how these places literally hire randoms that don’t even know how to do their jobs. If an employee accidentally rang up something, how do they process a refund for the customer if not a single person inside knows the process? I’m appalled.
