Pretty good sized portions had the ribs and chicken it was alright. Not the best but not the worst. Many young ppl on staff so you gotta keep telling them stuff you request. Its pretty busy again on sundays

The food and service was excellent! After Erica served me two drinks promptly, it was so nice of Kirsten the owner to come check if our food was cooked to my liking. It was a great experience from
A-Z. The chef Dominic has also come out here and there to check on our food. For the price and service, you cannot go wrong with Outback Schaumburg. Thanks Kirsten and team. I’ll be back and will suggest to friends.

The friendliness & customer service at this location is 5 stars, hands down (& I've worked in the service industry for 12+ years). However, my review is solely based on the fact that Outback as a restaurant, is the McDonald's of steakhouses. If there was a homeless shelter that served steak it would be called "Outback Homeless Shelter Steakhouse". This Porterhouse & expired asparagus was sub par to my taste buds & I only came here because of the gift card I was gifted for Christmas. After ingesting this meal, Outback almost made me call a c0caine dealer to purchase a gram of white for desert (to wash down this garbage can cow piece of meat), but thankfully I made a wise decision & decided against it. I will need a couple more beers when I get home though. I hope you all enjoyed my review & hope it helped you make your decision on eating here in the future. 👍🏼

We were there for a party, worst service ever. Our server even had a helper that dumped butter all over my son. He seemed upset that he had a part of 12, but the restaurant was empty for a Wednesday night. He forgot drinks, threw straws at my family and just not friendly. I would think someone who works for tips would have been nicer. We tipped him well still, but it would have been better since several of us were in the service industry. Not to mention my over cooked steak. Who gives a well done steak to someone who ordered a medium rare? No one at my table ordered a steak over medium. Very disappointed with the experience.

First time in this location. All food came out to order and was very good. Service was nice and helpful.

Shrimp appetizer was plentiful and delicious!
Porterhouse steak is cooked to perfection, exactly how I ordered it, perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious.
Caesar salad side was plentiful. Baked potato was about B+.
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Restaurant was clean!

I’m done never ordering any ribs from this place EVER,they are not even cooked all the way and this is like chewing rubber.Ordered off Uber Eats driver was great but got the food no extra butter for the potatoes and chewy ribs since I am at the hotel due to maintenance on my truck.But it’s ok will stay away from Outback at this location lesson learned
