I absolutely love Texas de Brazil I like the fact that you get to try many different cuts of meat the service is always friendly the atmosphere is always amazing. great salad bar I love everything about this restaurant. definitely worth the time, the money and the experience.
We typically go to their competitor in Rosemont on a regular basis but we haven't even in a long time so decided to come celebrate a 6 yo birthday here on a weekday. It was nice to see business booming on a weeknight. The salad bar was inviting as always, but I wish they had pickled peppers. I was surprised to see that they no longer offer simple maki rolls but I can see this loss due to the pandemic & inflation in current economic state. We came to Texas de Brazil for the lobster bisque. I have not had this in a long time, but oh my, it was so buttery and so good. The meat generally is very salty. I love meat and don't need to accompany meats with any sides but since the meat was too salty, I needed to eat sides such as mashed potatoes or others that I got from the salad bar. One of my faves at a Brazilian churrasco is the cheesy bread. However, I thought it was too dry from here, even a fresh batch was too dry.
