I found myself craving a pub style hamburger, and the reviews here were good, I didn't feel comfortable eating alone with my service dog in the restaurant, so I decided to order one to go. I played some video lottery while I waited for it. Once I got my burger and took it home, I tore into it. It was cooked perfectly, the bun was good and fresh, the vegetables to top it were also fresh and delicious. A very simple cheeseburger, like I use to be able to make myself at home. The staff and customers that I had the pleasure of interacting with were all friendly. Thanks for satisfying my craving! When I start craving a New York steak, I'll check you out first.
Longfellows is my favorite place to go, love the food and the people who work there. If you want a great steak, or hamburger, Or their daily special sandwiches thats then place to go.
Cozy little restaurant/bar tucked in on the main drag in Scappoose, OR. They grill out in the open of the restaurant so you get those good meat smells as you walk in. I had a regular recommend the Beast Burger...and it was amazing. You should come in for one too!
Started eating there in 1979 and once again delicious food and awesome salad bar with fair prices!
You can get a steak pretty much anywhere but can you get a steak and also watch it being grilled in the middle of the room right in front of you? The salad bar is really good too! I've loved this place since I was a hungry teenager decades ago and it's lost none of its appeal. The waiters are attentive and honestly really good people. Small town awesome!
