The Blackburn 1897

This was our first time here and the food is amazing! The waitresses were all extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was even better. We all got a mixture of everything and it was all fantastic. My sister in law got shrimp Alfredo and the cook said she didn't like how the shrimp looked as it came out so she sent more to our table at no charge. How thoughtful is that? The pretzel and beer cheese is incredible. Would highly recommend to anyone and plan to come back again! Thank you ladies for a fantastic dinner and kudos to the chef. Everything was perfect. Thanks for being awesome.

What once was known as a roc and docs (A dive bar) has been gracefully transformed into what feels like an upscale 90s rock experience for an affordable price. This place can easily rival O.I.G. or even the rail house. If your looking for something new with a precovid feel with great service do NOT look this place over. It is worth every penny and I highly recommend it.

My fiancé and I are so happy we chose to celebrate our 10 year anniversary here. We’re new to the area, and we accidentally arrived 20 minutes before opening. The owner turned the lights on early, sat us at a table, and got us drinks! We were so impressed with the kindness of the staff. We highly recommend the pretzel & beer cheese, shrimp po’ boy, and Italian hoagie! :)

The owners are great people and the food always has come fast and has been delicious. The atmosphere is very appealing with a large open area great for large groups. There is a very nice bar with anything you can want. There is a large selection of beers and the staff has always been kind and attentive to your needs during your dining experience. This place is a great place to eat and well worth a shot enjoy!!

Great service and the food was excellent. We shared their new giant soft pretzel and Yuengling lager cheese. It was good but the mustard that came with it was out of this world! My dad and I each had a bowl of chili and my brother got a cheese steak. We were all very pleased with the food and our waitress was very sweet.
