Service was super slow. Cashier was very clueless how to take an order. My children’s chicken nuggets were burnt and cold. I purchased a whopper that was supposed to be fresh but was colder than the lettuce that came with it. Overall I would rate this place lower than a one star for today’s service and performance. Very displeased for a $40 order. I will not be coming back to this store location.

Terrible!!! Ordered small coffee w my fish meal. Watched my coffee poured from a craft that had the top removed and shaken to fill. I asked an ice cube that was not put in. I was told it wasn't hot just warm. I said I wanted HOT Coffee just not killer hot. So it was put in the microwave. I didn't except ! Got much attitude so said small soda and left. Even more upset with my cold fish and fries!!! Never Again.

I did have good service this time. However, I can't give more than 2 stars. I've had a wrong order twice. I also work with people with disabilities who need to pay separately. However, despite being the only vehicle in line, I was told I could only place one order per vehicle. I had to drive around the store and back to the speaker to place my order after placing my client's order. Absolutely reduciculous.

I started in the drive through after 10min with it to order, I went in and no one was in a hurry to take my order, I was not greeted, I had to ask for my cup, and it took 6min for a burger and fries, so much for fast food.

They sometimes mess up an item but overall my experience with the food here has been good. They were definitely better in the past (circa 2008) but still good, in my opinion.

Our order seemed like it took forever and they weren't busy. Finally recieved our food, only a chocolate 1of2 shakes and French fries and chicken fries were cold . 5 min later..oreo shake still not made. Manager brought it to the counter and was the consistency of oreo milk and the cup only filled 1/3 of the way up. I complained about the shake and cold fries and I Recieved a look from the manager as if my complaint was totally unjust. Another server bailed her out and made a proper, fresh shake for me.

They made the wrong chicken sandwich for me; my food and my friend's burger tasted fine, but our other friend said her chicken sandwich had a fishy taste. My niece said her chicken nuggets (can't remember if they were Carolina Reaper or GhostPepper) weren't spicy or very tasty.
