Place was filthy,hardly any doughnuts and the one's ordered ( doughnut holes) were old and hardly any filling. I ordered med coffee and the heat from the coffee was so hot it felt like my hand was burning. I asked for a cup sleeve and I was told they did not offer them any longer.May never go there
Their door says the lobby doesn't open until 6:00 a.m. however the official Dunkin Donuts app says the lobby opens at 5:00 a.m. for this location. Called to complain and the assistant manager tells me that they have no control over what it says their hours are online, or even in the official app. I

It's 40 minutes after opening at 540 in the morning. The employee is working in the pitch black, hasn't turned any of the outside lights, menus, signs, nothing on. For whatever reason who knows. This Dunkin is Great, Staff is friendly, (Inside Could be a little cleaner) but They are super busy, They would benefit from adding more staff, be prepared to wait.
The sandwich I was given for my drive thru order. To say it was burnt is a gross understatement. Never, am I given the correct coffee the first time. Ive never done a review of anyplace before, but the failure on their part to offer a simple apology after I went back was also inexcusable.
