Dunkin'

Place was filthy,hardly any doughnuts and the one's ordered ( doughnut holes) were old and hardly any filling. I ordered med coffee and the heat from the coffee was so hot it felt like my hand was burning. I asked for a cup sleeve and I was told they did not offer them any longer.May never go there again. Also med cup of coffee was vary pricey.$3.00

Their door says the lobby doesn't open until 6:00 a.m. however the official Dunkin Donuts app says the lobby opens at 5:00 a.m. for this location. Called to complain and the assistant manager tells me that they have no control over what it says their hours are online, or even in the official app. I now have a very unhappy pregnant fiance who just wanted to get a special treat of some crullers but couldn't get any because you can't go through the drive-thru without a car which we do not have.

Good for but they are so unorganized. I was standing waiting for my order and could hear them talking... apparently, they have trouble communicating, they were having problems with getting the orders correct between the drive thru, the customers at the counter and the online orders. The cook was making food and it was being given to the customers so while I was waiting for "avocado toast", I heard the cook say, I already made that, she was blaming the window worker and then they discovered it was put out on the table for online orders. They could get lines moving much quicker with simply better organization and communicating. So being the today toast sat at the online order table all that time, it wasn't very warm by the v time I got home

It's 40 minutes after opening at 540 in the morning. The employee is working in the pitch black, hasn't turned any of the outside lights, menus, signs, nothing on. For whatever reason who knows. Really hard to know that your open if it's all black. Even harder to order when you can't even see the menu.
