Very friendly staff. Very clean. The food was the usual fare, but they do have a salad bar which I enjoyed greatly.

Country Pride is a restaurant located in a truck stop. They have a good menu, with a very nice selection to choose from, although I admit we almost always get the same items because we enjoy it so much and have never been disappointed. Plus there is the option of a pretty good soup and salad bar. The salad plates are kept chilled in a cooler on the bar and they refresh and clean up the salad bar often. The restaurant is decorated nicely, seating is comfortable, and service is good. The servers are friendly and they do the best they can to take care of their customers even when they are busy. We've found that no matter how tasty the food is, good service can make or break your dining experience.
Breakfast anytime of the day! Love the salad bar. Attached to the Truck Stop / Travel Center. Only complaint, the wait staff doesn't seem to remember that customers can hear everything they talk about while in back. Personal information that I honestly don't want to listen to while trying to relax and have a conversation with the people at my table.
My wife come here twice a month or so. The food is always good, the salad bar is fresh with multiple options. A very clean and nice place for dinner, breakfast or whatever you like. And the waitstaff is always Awsome.
Really excellent Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Good service, I was in and out in about half an hour.
On previous trips I had the salad bar. The salad bar is always good. It has 2 hot soup choices along with the tossed salad fare, macaroni and other premade salads, and some pudding desert options.
The salad bar is reasonably priced for an all you can eat bar, about $8.00. The entrees are very expensive, running over ten dollars a plate for standard fare.
The truck stop is at exit 12 off of I94.

Waitress Gloria was attentive and polite. The cook came out to personally ask our feedback on the food. Pricing was a little high until we saw the portions. Good home cooking, great place to stop for a meal while camping at Warren dunes state park.
I have eaten at a few Country Pride chains all along 94 and this one stands out. I was very impressed by how much better the food is at this location. If you've had a bad experience at other locations Country Pride exit 12 will make up for them.

Great waitstaff even in this busy time of year. Salad Bar is well stocked and fresh. Menu entrees range from shrimp to delicious home cooking.
Stoped in with my wife for a burger and philly for a quick lunch on a roadtrip. Can't remember the actual name of the burger but it had pepper jack cheese,bacon and deep fried jalapenos on it. When it came out I was surprised how big it was and it was really good. The wife's philly was good as well. Waitresses was pleasant and gave give service. If it worked out that I was going by on a trip again I would eat there again.
