Mcdonald's

I ordered through the McDonald's App (Paid for) a pick up order at 130am. It was a Sunday night so everything else was closed and the app said they were open so I placed the order. I drove 16 miles one way to get the food which the app says to go through the drive through, the drive through is blocked off so I go around it and pull up to the window and sit for 15 minutes. I checked in to the app that I was there. After 15 minutes I put in reverse and went back to the first window where the lady was doing dishes. Took 5 minutes to get her attention and she wouldn't come anywhere closer to the window to hear me as I pointed to the app saying I placed an order. She just kept smiling and mouthed "were closed". I don't usually eat McDonald's and this was my first time using the app so I did not know how to cancel and I had already paid so I'm trying to explain to her as I point to the phone and she just smiles and points forward. I assumed she was finally willing to talk to me even if she didn't open the window all the way for safety she could step close to it or something right. So I thought she was pointing to the front drive through window so I pulled back up to it. I sat another 10 mi utes and began honking my horn. Nothing, she just ignored me and stayed in the back. I understand since covid people have not had enough workers for shifts but if your not open 24 hours anymore please freaked adjust that in the apps so people don't waist their time and energy and money! I remember why I stopped eating McDonald's to begin with. People are rude and inconsiderate of the customers. It would have taken her 5 seconds to explain to me what the hell was going on but she chose to ignore me.

I went earlier and everything was fine, didn’t spend much. But I got there a few minutes ago, yes I know it’s 3 in the morning I work at night. The Website AND Google maps both say it’s open, then I get there and there isn’t a soul in sight. Lights left on, drive thru lanes blocked. I just wish I knew not to waste my gas going there

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, but I had to in order to post a review! Hands down the worst fast food experience. We were the only car at the drive-thru, they asked what we wanted but refused to take our order. We sat as another vehicle pulled up minutes later and they proceeded to take their order. Sat there 10 minutes and nothing. Will never waste my time with that location again.

I love this place but thier is a lady that works the register and she sits in a chair and she only reaches her hand so far out the window to get your money so it makes you over stretch. She is alot nicer on the mic cause she use to rude. Other than that whom ever the manger is now really runs the place well.
