As my daughter were watching the gentleman E.J making her food he accidently dropped something, picked it up, threw it away, took off his gloves, washed his hands, put new fresh gloves on, and picked up where he left off!! It has been A LONG time since I have seen an individual follow proper procedure!! He was very nice and respectful when giving our food to us!! Thank you E.J for your hard work, and great customer satisfaction!! You deserve a raise!!
In this day of "expect less" and "take what you can get", I have found the exception to the new rule. The Taco Bell has a new manager. So sorry I did not ger her name. She is kind, welcoming, professional, engaging and pleasant. She is trying to make changes to this location if she can just get the employees on board. Good luck to her as she is fighting a brick wall. Who knows, she might be the change everywhere. Good luck to you my sweet girl and keep fighting the fight.
As always I tend to like Taco Bell but this ONE hmmmmm, well when I drive up I always say hello & how are you today and then I wait for a reply back, when the young lady replied back, she said I’m HERE SO WHAT CAN I GET YOU, I was blown away with that one, especially being a customer, we aren’t family or friends, I’m just simply a customer giving you my business and wanted exceptional customer service in return.
