Food overall is great but if you are trying to call in an order the phone rings forever and a lot of time they don't answer. Have traveled from Richmond hill to that location several times and never reached them by phone. I live less than a 1/4 mile from there and it is an easy access for me. The cashiers are not friendly at all and all the females need to cut the finger nails.
Service was good from start to finish. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress was very nice. The salmon was cooked nicely 😋 and my friend loved his entire meal. We enjoyed our food and the awesome sweet tea.

Manager James was very cordial and helpful with making our reservation for 20 people. His customer service was awesome compared to the other two sister restaurants who were less than helpful due to their negative attitudes.
You know, it really makes a difference when the seafood is fresh. The food here is honestly amazing. I did not like the tartar sauce; it was more pickles than sauce. The pasta salad was really good! Just a touch of feta really made a difference. The service was reasonable, a little slow given how busy it wasn't, and the waitress was more focused on cleaning the floor than tending tables, but honestly, it was still ok. Good overall experience!
Good BBQ, good folk. Take your time, absorb the history and the atmosphere - true southern old school restaurant. They do it right.
My experience there was very welcoming the service was wonderful the food were very delicious I don’t live there but when ever I come back to town I’m definitely going to go there to eat
Small town eatery. Menu has a pretty wide choice of items. Soft drinks and iced teas only.. no bar. Would go back

I am sorry for the mistake on the rating. It was not 1 star. That was an accident. As u can see i have edited . My apologies to the CAREY HILLIARDS RESTARAUNT FAMILY. As i waited for my food in the car, the waitresses werevery helpful. My Roommate called in the order and I didn't know exactly what was ordered. And it sounded wrong to me and the Waitress clearly clear it all up.
And wearing smiling and prompt and Hospitable . The food was very good and Well worth it. I will definitely eat food from there more often.
