One of my recent trips, I ended up with 2 breakfast sandwiches when I ordered 1 and a croissant. I was disappointed to discover this after I'd left the drive thru. My mistake but I asked the next time and was told that it was my job to make sure my order was correct because they "couldn't tell since app orders were prepped in the mobile area". So make sure you tell them what you ordered through the app because you might not get it. Not my favorite location but it's convenient to my house.

I am a lyft driver, so I order ahead.
This one has struggled in the past with being so busy and needing more staff and running out of supplies. However. This one is the one that makes my drink correctly without taking shortcuts. Has my bakery item ready in reasonable time as my drink and does not complete my order when 1 item is ready and I wait 20 min for the other item to be made.

I go here all the time when they are open and always have a pleasant visit. I just left from there and whoever made my Caramel Ribbon Crunch did a great job so tasty lots of whip cream and Caramel.

I came in the evening as it was about to get dark and I ordered a caramel frap and coffee cake . But when i got into the car I looked at my coffee cake to see the lady added to the coffee cake 2 cake pops and wrote a little note which made my night

Why are you closing at 4:30? I’ve been in your drive through line for over ten minutes. It’s 4:20pm right now. I have no idea if I’ll get my drink. I’m leaving 5 stars because I’m not a jerk. But you guys have to get this together.

This is literally my favorite Starbucks.
Everyone is so sweet and lovely. I go as much as my wallet allows it simply because I enjoy the atmosphere and people.
Wait times are as expected, especially during peak, and I've never had an issue waiting.
Overall, such a joy to visit even if it's just picking up my mobile order.

Jasmine at the victory location was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and made us feel so good! We got some coffees and the ham and cheese croissants (best snack ever BTW) also got some of these mermaid tumbler cups because she let us know if you bring those instead of using the plastic ones you get 10 cents off which is a pretty cool we come here a lot. JASMINE IS AWESOME THANK YOU FOR MAKING US FEEL SO GOOD !

As intimidating as the line scene from The light once I got to the business the drive-thru was pretty quick the way it was probably 3 minutes. As always great customer service I couldn't make my mind up and the worker gave me great suggestions.
