Kind and friendly staff. Quick service with a smile. Food was pretty good, especially the chicken tenders and sode salad woth ranch ( the ranch is SO RIDICULOUSLY GOOD), but the fries were a bitter disappointment.

Our waitress was wonderful but I am very disappointed in the menu change. I could live with the $2 increase in the 2 for $32 but you took the children Alfredo off that was on the 2 for $30 menu. That is what I always got . I still ordered it separately but now it does not come with the salad as it did before

Me and a party of 7 people went. It was my son's birthday. Jujuan was awesome! He had such a great attitude and great customer service as well!! I just had to let the manager know. I would definitely ask for him if you ever visit this location.

Food was OK. Service that we had at this place was great. She took care of us and worked with our needs this night. The store was not well attended, and we had to wait 15 minutes before we were seated. There was a large party before us but it was only about 8 people. Half the resteraunt was closed for some reason. The server made up for it, and we received our food pretty quickly. Not a horrible experience, but I am not a huge fan of Applebee's anyway. It works in a pinch though.

Best Applebee's I have been too this year. We where seated immediately sever came over and took our order food came out hot and delicious. Will definitely be going back next time I'm in the area.

Steak was cooked perfectly, a little tough, small serving of mashed potatoes. My husband's ribs were perfect. Desert was to die for!!!! Excellent blondie w/ice cream. Service was a bit slow. Don't think his mind was on serving tables. That happens sometimes. NO WAIT AT 8PM

We have not eaten at this Applebee's (I-95 & Highway 204) in years due to bad service. However we had an excellent experience for dinner. The hostess was friendly and the food came fast and tasted great. This restaurant will be on our rotation list now since it is close to our house.

Location was short staffed for our visit but this was communicated clearly by 5th hostess upon arrival. They did a good job of managing limited seating as they only had one server on. Chariste (I am probably spelling that wrong) the server kept a positive and cheery attitude even when the kitchen mixed up part of our order. Service was faster than we expected knowing they were under staffed. Overall a good experience. Had the food not been made wrong this would have been all 5 stars.
