Today, my friend and I were craving pho, so we decided to try this place out. The vietnamese crepe and spring roll were absolutely delicious. The pho was amazing. The broth was really flavorful. I recommend getting the all in one pho if you want a little bit of everything in it. The service was excellent, and he was really attentive to our needs, such as refills and chili oil/Sriracha. Now my new go-to spot for pho.

My wife and I love Pho. Saigon Bistro is now our go to whenever we are craving pho. The Pho here is an absolute 10/10! Server Adrien took very good care of us and was welcoming. We are excited to try other authentic Vietnamese food as well. We will be back soon!

Ordered through grubhub (no account because I don’t use the service enough). By far the best pho I’ve had in years! They give plenty of toppings for the right noodles-to-topping ratio. Definitely will be stopping in-person next time.

First time at Saigon Bistro. Ordered chicken pho and Vietnamese spring rolls. Been searching for my favorite pho place in Savannah, so I've been trying the same things to see how they compare. This pho broth was pretty good but there wasn't much of it. There was a ton of rice noodles. Minimal chicken that had a weird consistency - kinda mushy. The pho was served with a generous plate of basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, lime and jalapeno. The spring roll wrapper was incredibly chewy and had not much shrimp in it. The peanut dipping sauce was a thinner consistency. The restaurant appeared to be clean and service was fast and friendly. I'd eat here again when I'm in the area, because pho is my favorite right now, but I wouldn't drive out of the way to go here. Located convenient to Memorial and children's hospital.

I love this restaurant. I've tried them all and this is the best Pho in Savannah. The staff is always so nice and the place is a nice relaxing atmosphere. Whenever I get a craving for Pho I know where to go.

This was my second visit to Saigon Bistro. I've had pho both times. Love it. I have had pork and chicken subs. Love them. The bun is warm and soft, yet crisp. Toppings are refreshing. I also have had their pork spring rolls. They are really good and come with a delicious peanut sauce. The people are friendly and helpful. It's not the cleanest place in town, but it's not dirty and gross... or I would never have went back.

Terrible customer service. Called to place to go order and was not helped at all with any questions that were asked. The host/server that answered the phone was very short with me. I have been in the FOH for years and even when I did not feel like answering questions I pulled it together and helped the dining (paying) patrons out! Never again, they have lost a good customer

Our peanut sauce was very watered down but it wasn't that big of an issue. My biggest complaint would be the fact that after ordering the shrimp pho I was given some herbs like the typical cilantro basil and bean sprouts with a lime, when I asked for more cilantro he straight up said no I can't! At 1st me and my boyfriend thought he was just kidding and would say so, but no they gave me 2 strings of cilantro because they were running low! What restraunt that has been open awhile would allow something like that to happen when you know cilantro is a big part of the cuisine?? The owner was just sitting most the time, like why not run out and get more ingredients?
No refills on sodas was another issue, we read it on the menu and when asked for another sprite we got reminded again that is was extra like ok we get y'all are upselling everything you can.
The only reason this place gets 3 starts is because the food was good. I won't be coming back just for the food though, there's other places in town.

What a wonderful adventure! my friends and I decided to have some Vietnamese food while hopping around Savanah. What a wonderful surprise. The host was very helpful with our selection. He even offered plates so we could try each other selections. It was a wonderful lunch.
