Buffalo Wild Wings

This was a great experience for myself and my bissness associate. The reason I will be back is the friendly bartender that was serving at the bar. I was impressed with the quality of the food as well. Thank you Trisha for the excellent top flight service and bringing a great attitude to your profession.

Like everyone else in the hospitality industry they were short of staff. However the staff was pleasant and competent, no complaints. I found out that they bring the food out as it is done. My friend ordered chicken wings and tater tots. The tater tots were delivered first then 3-4 minutes later the chicken wings were delivered. I ordered a chicken sandwich and by the time it was delivered to the table my friend had finished eating. The food was good but the way they serve the food is terrible.

We ordered on line and it said it would be 60 minutes till pick up time. I arrived 60 minutes later, brought our food home only to find it was cold and had been sitting in the warmer for 45 minutes. Included with the food was a receipt that says how long it took to make the food, which was 15 minutes. I would think BWW could do a better job with this, so everyone could enjoy hot fresh food! I went back a month with some friend and had a large party of 15 people. Once we entered and told the staff, they had a table ready for us in 10 minutes which I was surprise as it usually took about 15 minutes. The food was as expected with the real shocker was the chesses curds. overall it was good food the price we payed.

Sadly my 1 star review is not due to the food as the food was amazing !! But our server Patricia, was rude, cold and very unfriendly!! No matter how polite we tried to be she treated us like we were a hassle or she didn’t have time for us. When she came up to our table as we were eating she demanded my husband give her his cup for a refill he did not ask her for a refill (yes a refill was great to get) but he did not all ask nor was ever rude to her!! So the way she demanded the cup was so incredibly rude!! When she brought us our bill she threw the pen on the table said if you have rewards to use write your number down and stormed off. When she came back she was ticked off that he wrote his number down grabbed the receipt basically crumbling it up. We were not rude to her or treated her disrespectful one bit so the way she treated us was very off putting and would prevent me from ever enter this Buffalo Wild Wings again!! Kindness goes a long long long way!! Also gets you a better tip!!
