Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Not a great experience with tropical smoothie! I ordered on door dash and got a Turkey bacon ranch sandwich but when it came there was no ranch or lettuce or tomatoes like their usually is….then I called them and no one answered. I usually have great reviews for tropical smoothie but idk what happened tonight. Hopefully they can work on better customer service in the future!

First visit was amazing. They're offering a chocolate strawberry smoothies - I was definitely gonna try that!! Ordered online for pick up. Got blended ice without chocolate. Trying to enjoy, but so massively disappointed 😞. There's no creaminess (yogurt, protein powder) there's no banana flavor, there's DEFINITELY no chocolate. Called and no answer on the phones. I'd like my money back or a replacement made to my order. This is really inedible. 🥺 Order#7695583759695881

I purchased two smoothies at this location because the online website changed my location by an ENTIRE state and when I called to let the establishment know they said they couldn’t refund me my order which was over $20. So I’m so glad I spend $20 in a complete other state! And I wasn’t surprised to find plenty of other 1 star reviews for this location.

We used to go to the Tropical smoothie cafe in Fargo ND and loved their smoothies. I hope the food at this place is better than their smoothies because unfortunately I was disappointed. First to start off, the gentleman behind the counter looked unimpressed with his own job and was not welcoming or even helpful in terms of the menu. I watched them make the smoothies and they continually added water to thin it out. I assumed it was too thick to blend but after tasting it I believe it might be a way to cut down on ingredients because it seriously lacked any type of flavor whatsoever. For 8.00 a smoothie I was really needing more than they gave. Sorry guys, I hate leaving poor reviews but something needs to change here. The only reason it is even getting 3 stars is because I know the one up in Fargo is good.

I previously had a 5 star review for this location but am deleting that based off of what happened this evening. I ordered a quesadilla and a beach club salad. The salad was supposed to have extra chicken, but it was put on the quesadilla by mistake which is an insignificant issue, however.... The salad came with something extra, about a 10 inch long blond HAIR. I attempted to call the restaurant 4 times but they are not answering their phone, forcing me to have to write this review. Disgusted doesn't even cover it.
