Taco Bell

1.I was having the problem with print out the recipe (I can not redeem my rewards without any thing)and then I was asking for the help with the cashier and then you know what they are telling me No we can not help you ! I knew this New place and then they are just opened ! but oh well nevermind forgot about it! 2. My order was missing the items and then good thing I was fine it (recipe) was sent out though my email ! And then I need to show up the Guy again /and then my order still missing something sad face I can not believe it was so complicated for getting dinner for us! Hopefully after awhile they'll get better soon

23 minutes waiting in line. Other cars were leaving as the line was out to the road and not moving. We finally got to the window and watched the staff having a taco sauce fight, yelling and laughing. We asked for hot sauce when we placed our order, then reminded the young lady again when we paid. We had no hot sauce when we received our food, so asked for it once again. Not sure if there is a manager on duty in the evening between 6 & 7 but if there was they should not be a manager. I've never seen anything like this before, but the owner should definitely rethink the staff on a Tuesday evening at dinner time.

Kiosks were slow, would not read card. Many people were having this problem. Went up to pay and tell them nothing is working. Manager gave me my food and a application "if you don't like the kiosks how about a job" screw him and your trash food. Didn't eat any of that garbage. Never coming back. I was clearly frustrated about the kiosks and not mad at the employees. Others confirmed I was not yelling just frustrated. The kiosks always have problems and they were decided by other people that aren't there making food. Terrible attitude and service

Terrible customer service. Poorly managed. Food is prepped the worst I’ve ever tasted. They constantly mess up orders. When I say no sour cream I mean it. Don’t make me come back three times for you to get it right. I’d also suggest not being lit during work hours it’s probably why you can’t get the job done. I used to enjoy Taco Bell and now I do not.

They closed an hour early tonight claiming to be short staffed. They had left all of the lights on, and the drive through signs. I waited for quite a while before politely asking if they were open. No response, so I pulled up to the window. There were 4 employees crouching down trying to hide from me. I called and a young girl answered and was pretty rude. Ai have never had problems at this location before, but tonight was awful.

Terrible customer service. Poorly managed and the drive up is terrible. They are jamming to their music and on their cell phone and do not care about customer service. DO NOT go here if you want quality and have your order correct. They constantly mess up orders and they do not care if they do! Worst taco bell ever!!!!

I like their food, but don't arrive AT 7AM. Their hours say they open at 7:00, but in the past 6-8 times I have come to use the drive-thru AT SEVEN, they are ALWAYS still locked up and not taking orders. have to drive around to KNOCK ON THE GLASS to let them know they have a customer. SOMEONE on the opening shift needs to learn HOW TO SET AN ALARM FOR 7AM! (I come through about one every THREE WEEKS, so this is a LONG stretch of time to not have learned HOW TO KEEP A SCHEDULE.)I
