I cannot say enough about the experience I had with Zak. He was very knowledgeable, honest, a man of his word, and very patient. It's been almost two weeks since I left Kayser with my new to me vehicle and I want to give a big shout out to James, Todd, and Don for making my purchase smooth and painless. I flew out from Portland, OR with my brother to check out a car I've been searching for and drove it home the same day (2,000 miles). From the moment James I got in contact with James he answered all questions and any concerns I had regarding the vehicle. Todd was easy to work with getting financing situated, and getting picked up from the airport went well with Don as he was right on time. I was hesitant to do out of state purchase since I've only bought two cars in my entire life (I'm 36 years old) but I am glad I went with Kayser as they made it stress-free and smooth. Thank you James, Todd, and Don for the great service you showed my brother and I.

We did a little family vehicle upgrade & I think the kids were happy about it too 😂😉! James (and all of the Kayser staff) made the process very simple, easy & comfortable. The willingness to work with our schedule, allow us to test drive multiple vehicles, and send additional information when when we couldn’t be there. In the end getting the Ram that we wanted even with how tough the market is. Top notch experience. Will be the first place we look for vehicles purchase down the road.

One of the best experiences I've ever had buying a vehicle! I really mean it. Quick response and great follow-up. Our salesperson, Charlie Wilson, was excellent. I asked for interior/exterior pictures and within minutes he went out in minus degree weather, got the snow off, took a dozen plus pictures and sent them to with me. Always let me know when he was with a customer and would get back to me right after. Kept in touch before we arrived. Heck, he even helped move sandbags and other stuff from my trade-in truck to the new truck. The business manager and other staff were also amazingly helpful. Good down-home feel as well as extremely professional. Great pricing on top. Absolutely no BS from start to finish. We drove 4 - 5 hours for a new truck and it was easily worth every minute. Would do business with Kayser, Sauk City WI anytime. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.
