Besides the prices which are corporate run and not store run. This is the best place. The managers are always working with their team when I show up. They’re always nice, and funny. The pizza is always great, and the thanksgiving toasted sub is the best sub ever

This is hands down the best Papa Gino's around. The food is phenomenal. They always get everything correct and I suggest this location to everyone. They even are nice enough to let me place the last order of the night when I get there 10 minutes before they close, after getting out of work late and just want to grab some food on my way home. They don't kick me out, and still go above and beyond and I really appreciate that. Everyone here deserves a raise. I'd also just like to add that most of these bad reviews are by people with zero patience and have nothing better to do with their lives. Every single time I've come here I've gotten great service without fail and the staff is super friendly.

40 minutes for a cheese pizza. XL that was the size of a medium size pizza. It was pretry good but not the same as it used to be. The boneless chicken has also changed to sad chicken fingers.
I cleaned the table and my wipe was literally blackish dark gray color!

Waited 30 minutes for a small cheese pizza and a small fry. Another guy came it 10 mins after me ordered a big bundle deal and left with his food 10 minutes before me. Talking and laughing instead of working. Would love to see them if theyre were more then 3 customers in the store. Would be a disaster. They need some new management

Used to be a favorite pizza place of mine. The last few times I ordered pizza it was a long wait which happens sometimes but the pizza was cold and rubbery and the next time I ordered a chz pizza it tasted off and we didn't finish it. The other thing I ordered often was the penne Alfredo with broccoli NO CHICKEN and I make that very clear. And I can't even count how many times it was made with chicken even if I double asked before hanging up the phone. Not only that but was charger for it. And I can't eat it once the chicken is put in there. It ruins the whole thing for me. So I'm pretty much done with this Papa ginos

Attempted to order via GrubHub at 8:15 pm. The website says the store is open until 9. However, when I placed the order, the order was immediately cancelled. If the restaurant doesnt want to accept orders 45 minutes before closing then adjust your hours on Grubhub. No wonder all these restaurants are closing. I understand that workers want to go home but not accepting orders 45 minutes before closing is ridiculous. I will never order from here again.

Everything is done in slow motion. The food takes forever even if you order online way I advance you'll still have to wait a while once you arrive. The staff doesn't have a single employee under the age of 60 which is probably why everything is done in slow motion. Wasted 25 minutes of my life waiting for an order to be ready that I made an hour in advance online to a restaurant that doesn't allow dine in. Pathetic

Love Papa Gino's Pizza have loved it since I was a kid. And have a few side options. But if you're looking for great pizza this is definitely the location!
