Reviews of Dunkin'

Was in line at the drive-thru for 20 mins. It is setup where two lanes funnel into one. The lane I was in would say, “hello welcome Dunkin’…” then switch to the other lanes speaker. It malfunctioned twice in a row. I figured I would order at the window instead of being skipped, as most restaurants have you order there when the speaker isn’t working. When I get up there, I’m told I can’t order at the window and have to wait in line again by a worker and manager. The manager said “corporates here, I can’t do anything for you”. There was no sign at the speaker. I’ve been coming here for 14+ years. Horrible customer service and either malfunctioning equipment or workers that don’t know how to use the headphones properly.

I get my coffee here once sometimes twice a day, and get the kiddos some donuts! Although the drive thru sometimes takes a bit longer than I’d hope, we have always had such great service. Lee is always so friendly at the window to myself and my children and it makes their day! My macchiato usually is perfect if i order on the go too. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

There was a teenage girl that works there that hucked a fat luggie into my hot cappuccino and then managed to make me pay 2 times the price for a large iced coffee and I got a hot cappuccino. And then messed up my plain donuts and put chocolate munchkins instead. At the drive through she told me to leave after she gave me my stuff and I started to complain bc I didn’t even have my hot cappuccino and she called me a male Karen. Worst spot to go 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🥑🤧🤧🤧🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤒🤒🤕 I got food poisoning from the fat luggie but it brought back good old memories from my younger days. 🫠🫡😤🤠🤑😈👻🇺🇸🧹☕️🏉

This location used to be the best. Since a new owner took over it has been horrible. They have consistently run out of product (like large plastic cups, straws, donuts, etc), or they don't have the product needed to make certain pre-ordered items like a latte. The order still goes through so it's a big waste of time travelling there, to get a refund, then to have to place an order at another location. Many regular staff members also seem to have left this location and I can only guess it's due to issues they had there as well.

Wednesday November 3, 2021 1:50pm I used to love this location but now it's a hit or miss...sometimes I get a great coffee and sometimes I don't...lately I don't. I get an iced cappuccino...its supposed to be put in the blender so the ice is crushed. I just pulled over after leaving the drive-thru to write this review...I didn't want to write this but my iced cappuccino has been wrong too many times. I asked the girl at the window to put my iced cappuccino in the blender and she argued with me that it was....clearly it wasn't because the ice isn't crushed. She didn't blend it for me. Pretty sad that your employee is arguing with a customer. I'm paying almost $5 for a large iced cappuccino...I want it made the way its SUPPOSED to be made.. I'm not asking for anything special...just the way it's supposed to be. Isn't everyone trained the same way on how to make all the different coffee and espresso drinks on your menu? ☆☆ I attached a few pictures....those are definitely whole ice cubes! Clearly it wasn't blended!
