Five Guys

I usually really like Five Guys, but this location needed some attention when I was last there. My wife orders a burger wrapped in lettuce, not a bun. The lettuce that was used was brown and wilted. I was pretty surprised that they would use such poor quality lettuce on the outside of the burger. One of their two Freestyle machine was missing about 40% of its flavorings. I've lowered this review even further, since I have come many times recently and drinks are still missing and they consistently mess up on the lettuce wrap order. Unfortunate. The place was pretty clean, at least.

Delicious. We called ahead before we left the house to order right like an hour before they closed. And I certainly didn't mind waiting a few minutes when we got there for fresh fries. They didn't let our fries get stall and old in the bag. Then when she made our 2 LG Fries, she scooped like a whole extra scoop of the fresh fries over the two big cups of fries and got extra fries in our bag! I couldn't eat them all but made for a good leftover hash browns in the morning. Overall, my first time there and I'd be a repeat customer. Definitely would pick this place for a burger.

Ordered online for pickup. Crew of about 6 ppl were busy but very friendly. They smiled at me and finished up my order and gave it to me....making the fries and shake after I arrived so they would be hot (cold for the shake, lol) Food was great. My order instructions were followed perfectly. Burgers and toppings were fresh and delicious and the Cajun fries, excellent!
